How do I order Online?

Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out.

I just ordered something, when can I expect my order to arrive?

 

We’re doing our utmost best to fulfil all orders within 48 hours. For the latest updates on your parcel, please check the tracking link of your parcel.

I have just placed an order, is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately start processing all orders to be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and if it hasn’t been picked yet. This is not applicable during sale periods. 

Where do you deliver? 

We currently ship worldwide Furthermore, we do not ship to APO, post office boxes or FPO addresses.

How can I return an item?

Understanding most of our collections are made to order, you can return any item once received and Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly. 

When can I expect a refund? 

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.
